Exhibition on Turkish Architecture of the Republican Era and Student Presentations

As the Faculty of Architecture, we successfully held the student presentations and exhibition for the "Turkish Architecture of the Republican Era" course, organized as part of the 2025-2026 Spring Semester.

For this event, our students shared projects in which they investigated the architectural features, historical development, and contributions to urban identity of significant structures built in Balıkesir during the Republican Era. The exhibition not only raised awareness regarding the documentation, understanding, and preservation of architectural heritage for future generations but also showcased our students' research, analysis, and presentation skills.

I would like to thank the course instructor, Research Assistant Dr. Ayni Deniz Kabakoğlu, for her efforts in organizing this meaningful event, as well as all our students who prepared their work with such dedication.
